Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products from ColdstreamKit.

When opening an account and/or placing an order, you will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions by checking the “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions” box.

If you do not check this box, you will not be able to proceed with your order. If you need to contact us regarding these Terms and Conditions please use the 'contact us' link.

We may, on rare occasions, suspend access to ColdstreamKit to carry out work. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time, for any period.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you ate agreeing that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy for ColdstreamKit.

Making A Purchase:

Making a purchase at ColdstreamKit could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked to confirm postage/delivery and for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by PayPal,Visa and MasterCard (using the PayPal system for accepting payments). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to dispatch (unless the item is listed as pre-order). If you do not wish to pay online, please use our contact form to get in touch regarding payment via cheque/postal order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us as soon as possible, and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, and we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Credit Card Security:

When the order is placed at our website, the order details are packaged and sent to your choice of payment provider for processing, ie. PayPal, guaranteeing the highest possible security.


We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee (providing terms and conditions are met, see note regarding personalised items below).

DTG (Direct to Garment) Printing:

We offer DTG printing on some garment designs and although this is a far superior method of printing high definition designs, there may be a slight difference in prints depending on the base colour of the t-shirt.  For example, a design printed onto a white t-shirt will look crisp and clear with superior colours.  A design printed onto a black t-shirt will require a base colour of white and then the design is printed onto the t-shirt.  Designs are optimised to their best ability but there may be a slight variation on different colours.

All mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe (unless stated on the product description) and all printed garments should be wash at 30 degrees, inside out, do not tumble dry and avoid ironing directly onto printed areas.

Returns Policy:

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by filling in the form. (The Returns form is located in the store front on the Returns page, under Customer Service in the footer). Your refund will be paid within 10 days of acceptance of the returned item(s). NB. We do not refund delivery costs. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.  We cannot be held responsible for product(s) lost in transit, so we highly recommend a confirmed delivery method (i.e a signed for/tracked method of postage). Return details will be available on the invoice and/or our electronic correspondence with you.  Please see below regarding any bespoke/personalised items.

Personalised items: 

Please ensure that you give us the correct information for personalised products, we will use the information you give us and will not contact you to confirm if the information is correct, so double check!  Should you make a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible as there may be time before your items have been printed.  Personalised items cannot be returned due to the bespoke nature of them.

You are not entitled to a cooling off period under the Distant Selling Regulations for any item that is personalised or made to order.

Product images and descriptions:

Please note that the colour of images shown on this website may be affected by the technology used to access it. Whilst we do our best to faithfully reproduce colours, some variation may occur.

Personalisation of products at ColdstreamKit are handcrafted, printed to order and personalised on an individual basis. This means images will sometimes differ slightly from the pictures on our website (i.e the image may look different on your screen to ours).   Due to the nature of these personalised products we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing or incorrect typing errors given by the customer.  Goods will be printed as typed on your order.
All personalised goods, unless incorrect due to an error on our part or faulty, are non returnable and non refundable.

Stock Control:

At times, we may need to replace the advertised brand of garment with a suitable alternative.  If the replacement is of the same quality and colour we will not inform you (so we can get your order processed quicker), if the colour you select is not available we will contact you to confirm what you would like to do.
You should also be aware that EVERY GARMENT we print is 'printed to order'.  We use many suppliers for blank garments but at times some colours may be out of stock, if this is the case with your order we will contact you offering a replacement colour and (of course) a 100% refund.

Returning items:

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition with all labels attached and in original packaging.

Delivery of your order:

All our items are sent via a 'signed for' and 'tracked' service.  The method we will use will vary depending on your order.  Delivery details are located here, by agreeing to these terms and conditions you also agree to the Delivery Information.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
