Meet Frank the Soldier
Frank the Soldier, a young boy with a big dream, and a much bigger heart.
[MERCHANDISE UPDATE - COMING SOON, KEEP CHECKING BACK HERE FOR AN UPDATE]
Frank had been fascinated by the British Army, especially the British King's Guard, for as long as he can remember. These are men who are disciplined, wear smart uniforms, and have proud traditions.
What began as a hobby, soon became a personal mission: to honour the Guards by dressing exactly like them, learning their history, and showing the same respect that they do every day.
Frequently seen wearing his own meticulously tailored ceremonial uniform, Frank's enthusiasm, respect, and attention to detail have made him a familiar face both to the soldiers he reveres, and to the public who follow his journey.
Frank's dedication does not go unnoticed. On many occasions, members of the King's Guard have stopped to greet him with a nod, a smile, and even a salute, and it is through these moments that his story has been posted to social media and moved hearts all over the world.
His story isn't just one of a boy who likes soldiers; it's about the fire of passion, the respect, and the joy of connecting across generations.
ColdstreamKit, together with Frank and his Dad, have created this special merchandise; with a donation from each sale being made to a charity very close to their hearts: the R.B.L.I (Royal British Legion Industries).
The RBLI are fully aware of this project and would like to thank 'Little Frank' for thinking of Veterans in need, and wish him good luck with his fundraising for the RBLI.
A few notes on the design(s) that has been created:
Little Frank (The Solider) is shown saluting in a Guards Uniform, Forage Cap and Bearskin of his favourite Regiment, the Coldstream Guards. Bold, colourful and playful colours, together with a Union Flag background, ‘Frank’ wears a heart on his chest, as a medal to symbolise his admiration for the Military and the tremendous support he receives from the public.
When you wear or use something from this range, you’re helping to keep Frank’s spirit alive, celebrating those same values of respect, dedication, and kindness, while making a real difference in supporting Veterans in need.
