Unfortunately this does happen.
If it does happen the first thing to check is that your email provider hasn't blocked emails coming from ColdstreamKit.
Yahoo, AOL & Hotmail accounts are the most common ones to do this. If this happens then do not worry, as long as you have received the PayPal receipt it will confirm that ColdstreamKit has received your order. There are however other things you can do 'just to make sure'.
You can check the 'status' of your order where it will explain if it's received, pending or dispatched. You can also drop us a message just to make sure (via the contact page on this website).
The most important thing is not to worry as we will get straight back to you with an answer.
When I reach the Checkout page the following warning message is displayed:
"There is a problem with this website's security certificate. The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address"?
Don't worry, it could be that your 'Internet Browser' is out of date. If you are using 'Internet Explorer' then it is recommended that you use the latest version. Other recommended browsers are Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
Unfortunately this does happen.
If it does, don't worry, just email a photo of the broken product to us, together with your order number, and we'll advise and/or send a replacement to you ASAP.

Please remember that most (a good percentage) of products on ColdstreamKit are personalised to order.
This means that an item/product will be printed 'for you' when your order is complete. This also means that we can't just pick from stock available because it wouldn't be personalised to you.
That said, we do try to get all orders out to you ASAP and product description item will have a delivery estimate.
Normally it's 3-5 working days with some items taking 7 working days (depending on how large your order is).
The most important thing to realise it to take into account the 'processing' time (to make your item) and the delivery item (the time it takes for the item to reach you).
Let's be honest, there are lots of advantages in creating an account such as offers and bonus points (you get points for each purchase that you can use to discount future orders).
But, that said, No, you also have the option to checkout as a guest.
At present, we do not offer embroidery.
This 'may' change in the future, and we'll update our shop/products to show those new items.
Most of our printed items (where applicable) are printed with DTG (Direct to Garment) printing.
This is not Vinyl Printing. We do also
have access to Vinyl Printing and some products may be listed under that
category with the product description explaining how the item is
printed.
Wash at low setting of 30°. Ensure that the item is inside out before washing. Avoid placing in the drier. Avoid ironing any printed text or design.
Each
product description will hold information on aftercare such as
dishwasher or microwave usage. Some items will be listed as 'hand-wash'
only. Please pay particular attention to these instructions to keep
you product looking in pristine condition for longer.
We don't offer Screen Printing as a standard.
But, we do have lots of
Trade Accounts where we can design and offer a Screen Printing service
(normally of 25 or more). If you're interested then please drop us an email, and we'll be glad to answer or advise.
Yes, this is possible.
But please be aware that there will be a small charge for any design work involved (obviously). Design charges can also be discounted if there is a large order for the custom design (for example, a Platoon or Company design where many people would like to order.
Payment for ALL CUSTOM ORDERS must be received once the design has been approved and prior to the order being printed.

As previously explained. Most (if not all) products are printed to order and personalised to specification, personalised items (unless faulty) are non-refundable.
That said, if you make a mistake in ordering and can get in touch with us before the printing process has started then we may be able to help you (like we have done with many people before).

Our preferred method is online via PayPal (Debit / Credit Card required) you do not require a PayPal account.
Cheques, Postal Orders and Online Bank Transfer (BACS) are also available. More details can be gained by emailing us.
Unfortunately, YES.
At present, we only ship to UK Addresses.
There are many factors as to why we only do this, but the most common reason is breakages and lost items. It is far too expensive to send an item with the adequate insurance cover, to replace this item if it's broken or goes missing (any costs incurred would reduce our donations to charity from sales, and this is something we want to avoid).
I know this isn't a popular answer, but a lot of our customers outside the UK, have an item sent to a friend or relative 'within the UK' and then get the order out to them 'under their own steam'.
