Your delivery charge is calculated on the total amount in your basket, the matrix used is as follows:

under £10 = £3.99
£10 - £19.99 = £4.99
£20 - £49.99 = £5.99
£50 - £74.99 = £6.99
£75 - £99.99 = £7.99
£100 - £149.99 = £9.99
£150+ = FREE UK POSTAGE

ALL items will be sent by a 'signed for service' or 'tracked service' using the most economical way depending on the amount of items you have purchased, delivery options that we use are:

1st Class recorded (signed for) = 1-2 day delivery service
2nd Class recorded (signed for) = 2-3 day delivery service
MyHermes (or) Courier (tracked) standard = 2-4 day delivery service

We gain proof of postage for ALL ITEMS sent, the minimum method we will use is 'tracked'.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON DELIVERY

The above are delivery estimations and these services can be affected during peak/festive periods.  In addition to this you should be aware that ALL ITEMS are made to order so please check the DISPATCH TIME (i.e how long to make) to get a rough idea of how long your item will take to get to you.  As an example, you should ADD the dispatch time (shown for each item) to the delivery time (unless we inform you otherwise after we receive your order, i.e large orders).

SPLIT ORDERS

On some occasions (as explained in the product information) your order may be split and sent as and when your items are ready.  This is to avoid further delays and you will not pay any more postage if this happens.  An example is any DTG (Direct to Garment) printed garments as these have an average turnaround of 7 days compared to a mug which is a printed and dispatched quicker.  If this is the case you will be informed when items are dispatched.

FINALLY - PLEASE REMEMBER that all items on ColdstreamKit are 'made to order' and are not taken from a stock of pre-made items.  We print everything to order as this allows us greater flexibility for personalisation, colours, sizes, prints, designs etc - but keeping with a very reasonable (and value for money) retail price.

PayPal/Payment information

We use the PayPal system to take payment for orders.  A PayPal account IS NOT REQUIRED, we pay to use the services of PayPal as it's a very, very secure method of taking/receiving payments.  If you don't have a PayPal account, just treat your order just like any other internet purchase using a valid credit/debit card.
